Telephone Banking is one of the most convenient communication tools between people that practically has no analogues. To ease its client’s daily transaction process, LPB has created a service – Telephone Banking - within this service Client will be able to contact Bank by the telephone to issue Bank operation orders.
Using Telephone Banking, Clients will be able to perform the following banking operations
transfer of funds between accounts of the Client;
conversion of the funds on Client accounts in other currencies;
obtaining account balance information;
funds reservation for cash withdrawal at the Bank.
Telephone banking service security is provided by the Customer Identification System, which guarantees protection against leakage of confidential information. Customer identification takes place by the following data:
voice password, first name and last name, identity number and / or date of birth (legal entities - registration data) indicated in Customer Application;
customer’s telephone number.
Bank has the right to request additional information to identify the Customer, if Bank doubts the authenticity of the Clients.
How to become a Clients
To become a Client and connect to the Telephone banking, you have to fill in the application at the Customer Service Center of LPB.
